I would need to speak with you in order to even give an honest answer to this question. I have a few clients who are complete opposites and it is possible to put together something that includes both of your interests, but this of course isn’t true for all locations.

Go to the Mid Pacific. There is a gorgeous place called Manuel Antonio. It’s basically a national park with great scenery, tropical rain forest, hiking trails, plus it connects to very popular surfing beaches.
I am also sure that you can find tours nearby to do some cannopy or bungee jumping.
Manuel Antonio is also known for being a popular destination for movie stars. Good luck!
