This is the story. After singing with the fans for hours while waiting in line for the Iron Maiden concert in Costa Rica, I couldn’t stop the urge to go sing for the filmmakers when they came out. I first sang them Children of the Damned in English which they seemed to like, but then the director got creative and asked me to sing it…IN SPANISH!!! I told him it was too difficult to translate and sing simultaneously song such as Children of the Damned (not an easy feat at all) but he replied I had to if I wanted to be in the video…so I did.
I’d like to thank the editor for not cutting me off from the movie. You rock man!!! I like to think that the band had a say during the editing process and that at least one of them said something like: “Hey mate, look at that crazy bugger singing Maiden in Spanish!”.

1 hour from Greenville to Atlanta, then 4 hours from Atlanta to San Jose, Costa Rica. This was on Northwest Airlines if that matters. Hope this helps! =)
since the drinking age in costa rica is 18, can someone of that age drink on a flight to costa rica?
Drinking age on an airplane will be the same as what ever country the aircraft is flagged in. So lets say on Continental Airlines, who flies to Costa Rica – and since this is a US based carrier they serve alcohol only to those 21 years or older, regardless of where the plane is in the world.
I suspect that this is the policy with many countries airlines – based upon their home countries legal drinking age. However, I’ve been on enough flights and have seen non US airlines serve alcohol to pretty much anyone who looks the age.

Flying round trip in to San Jose, Costa Rica. Staying near LIR international airport. What is the best way to book a flight from LIR to SJO airport. what would be the cost?
Flights to Liberia are limited. You can book flights on Sansa airlines from SJO which leave at 6 a.m. 11:37 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nature Air which flies from another airport in San Jose has a 2 p.m. flight. You can book both via the internet. The cost is about $90 each way. i think both limit total baggage weight to 25 kilos.

Flights from Bogota,Colombia to PanamaCity,Panama are about $200USD Round Trip.You will only save a little money by using buses and boat(s) but not enough,in my opinion, for all the inconvienence especially if you have to wait a day or two for a boat.

Also, please don’t listen to people like Hernan, i’m not sure what’s going on with people like him that have been posting lately trying to give the wrong impression about our country. Costa Rica is a great place the travel, one of the safest if not the safest in latin america, and proof of that is the huge amount of visitors Costa Rica has each yeah, the highest per capita in all of Latin America. If you are planing on coming here for a trip don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it , it’s a very nice place to visit.
