I own a large company that operates in 37 states, and many other buisness owners I know are moving their money to avoid a capital gains increase and business tax raises. They use a long list of offshore locations but Panama seems to be the most popular.

They hire a investment manager who is apart of a swiss accounting services under contract, and farm out the companies buisness in China while buying stocks in countries like Ireland or India where the capital gains in some cases is just 2.5% which is alot when in some of these people are worth billions!

According them they are not violating any laws cause they are only majority share holders in the company, and report their small salary paid through a import exchange contract. They then buy land in Costa Rica which only has sales tax, and income from sold items located in Costa Rica. When they have made enough money they move there, and cash out their company and buy the agreed stocks from the swiss firm. They also say Costa Rica is a no extradition country that has attracted allot of organized crime leaders who have legitimate exports buisnesses from China who grease their wheels. They said that there is a treaty but they use it as toilet paper, and that is because in both countries the privacy laws make it imposible for their government to release information to anyone even Interpol.

The only thing that they will not release is how they incorporated a offshore investment company in Panama, and those websites are all scams by the way! I would not do this but alot of people are which is what caused allot of the stock dumping, and if Obama gets his taxes I will have to cut 3200 jobs myself and reduce production from costs of increased taxes. I know people who are shuting down their plants for the holidays and are going to tell them after words they out sourced. I know one who is shuting down 4 plants cause of fear of increased taxes cutting 4400 jobs that start at $28,000 a year.

So how are they doing this? This not a exception, and Owners like me are doing it like mad!

money off shore; they do so to avoid the IRS reviews when
a good CPA solves their tax shelter dilemmas for them
in a legal, moral way.

I can find you a good atty and cpa that will guide you in
sheltering income…….but creating more jobs and
having your own R and D firm is so simple and SOLVES
your shelter dilemma automatically…….thus,
your problem is more self made.

I asked this Gal to help me find some building lots. You would not beleive the pile of junk she claimed to have for sale. She asked me how much money I had then she lit the turbo. She was e.mailing me so fast. Well the spelling and grammar was terrible. I asked for lots so she had a nice 1.3 million dollars Condo. Is there anyone checking these people out. Would it be smarter to go through your own embassey and get a list of professionals. Or is the anywhere you can search to sort out the flakes. I was so turned off I ended up blowing my cool. You’re not going to be able to stop the scammers. I don’t care what you do. There are things you can do to protect yourself. Check the credentials of any company you’re dealing with. If it checks out, make sure the person you’re dealing with actually works for them. One big clue, the e-mail address you give for the individual above xxxx@gmail.com. gmail is a free e-mail service.
