I’m an American citizen, but I’d like to move to Costa Rica someday, or at least have a second home there. I understand the residency requirements, but I don’t know anything about how to purchase land to build a house.

Hi this is my last year of high school. I have been traveling to Costa Rica and love it. My dad owns a home in Jaco and I have many friends from there. I really want to go to college there. I was woundering where the closest college is to there? If you could send me the names of some school and there locations. Please help me! Thanks so much.

The University Of COsta Rica has a site in Puntarenas. THere are also private schools in Puntarenas but they are limited in what they offer to study.

Can someone tell me a famous food from san jose, costa rica that can be made at home ( vegetarian ) need it for a project!

I don’t have a current address in the states as my house was sold recently. The online system won’t let me purchase minutes until I have an address. I can use my mom’s address as in Costa Rica there are no address number on home or apartments.

If you are talking about getting a cell phone you won´t be able, only residents can purchase lines, and even residents can´t right now because they are sold out until further notice.
If its a service such as Skype, you shouldn´t have a problem using it with a Paypal account. I´m afraid your question was a little vague so I´m not sure on what you mean by "an account".
