Your requirements will be expensive. You want 3 at an all inclusive....not including air fair that would start at about 3 thousand. Most hotels are just that......hotels.......you need to start looking a resorts......the only two international airports are Liberia and San Jose both 2 hrs from the beach.....and last but not least.........Costa Rica is not an island.<br><b>References : </b><br> First off………if you want to go cheap……..stay home.
