What is the best All-Inclusive Resort to stay in Liberia, Costa Rica thats close to attractions?
I want something that is affordable, nice beach, nice rooms and that teens can stay at (no adults only).
Close to Liberia, you will find the Barcelo Langosta Beach Resort. I have stayed at the Barcelo Tambor Beach Resort. It is all inclusive…drinks, food, etc. The food is absolutely fabulous and fresh. The staff is excellent and very courteous. It is a place for the family, not just adults. There are other resorts in the area, but TicosLand has not had a chance to review them

It depends on what you are looking for. There is an all inclusive hotel in Playa Ocotal..Villa Estrella.
One of the best things about Playa Ocotal is that it’s only about 30 mins from the Liberia airport. But it’s also a very small relaxing town, not much excitement in the area

Or there is Giardini di Papagayo in, where else Papagayo there is more to do in and around the Gulf of Papagayo then Playa Ocotal.
A lot of people interested in traveling to Costa Rica are looking for good deals.
All inclusive aren’t always to best way to go for cheap accomodations, but they do take the hassle out of travel.

Liberia is the capital of Guanacaste and is in land. If you want to be on the water you would need to travel 45 minutes at a minimum. Try out Nakuti Resort in Playa Panama (3 1/2 star). The beach area near Liberia is generally expensive. If you want a deal, rent a condo in Playas del Coco. Its a small town and has all the amenities ( Bank, Supermarket, night clubs, restaurants, etc) The rates for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a short walk to the beach could cost as little as $50 per night and less.
I am Canadian living in Coco and can recommend a nice place.
