A good all inclusive hotel in Costa Rica is the Barcelo Playa Tambor. Because of the many eco tourism options that exist in Costa Rica, the all-inclusive hotels are not as popular as in other Countries, but if you really want all inclusive the Barcelo Tambor is my recommendation.

If you are willing to travel a little more I would like to suggest a honeymoon itinerary:
First stop : Hotel Finca Rosa Blanca in Heredia, not far from the San Jose airport
Next stop: Tabacon HotSprings Resort and hotel, this place is amazing
Final beach stop, any hotel at Tamarindo Beach, nice mix of beach and Costa Rican flavor
References :
Personal experience

Haven't been to Costa Rica, I have not any "good" experience, but, overall, Costa Rica is fine: cheap hotels, cheap beaches (you don't have to pay at all), cheap... everything.
And just a few hours away from home!!!!

Next September is a great choice of you to travel there, because in other months, tickets are expensive to everywhere.
THANK YOU
