What is a good all inclusive resort in costa rica?

Author: something resonable priced, on or very close to a beach, good for relaxing but also want to learn how to surf and do tours such as canopy tours, horseback riding or atv tours
Hi,here in Costa Rica my dogs and I, will give you some names:
Occidental allegro Papagayo
Ecoplaya Resort
Occidental Grand Papagayo.
In my opinion the best, but not all inclusive:
Hotel Resort Flor Blanca, Malpaís, penísula de Nicoya, Costa Rica.
