What will the weather be like in Costa Rica in mid August?

Author: Me and my fiance want to go to Costa Rica for our honeymoon around August 14th for 10 days. We want to go to several areas of the country. We want to know how the weather will be and if it will put a damper on the trip. I know it is more of the rainy seaon but we really want to go there.
Rainy Season, Hurricane season is from May-October and Costa Rica is in the tropics. Most of your resorts are on the Pacific Coast side and they do get rain, alot. Go to this website www.costarica.com/Home/Weather and they should help. The best time to go is in the winter from January to March, that is there dry season. But weather is unpredictable, it might not rain at all. Great Country, been there.
